Why do my feet go to sleep on my cross trainer?
I have a Life Fitness Cross Trainer at home. After around 30 minutes training in my legs go to sleep and I find it so uncomfortable to me to stop training. I tried various trainers, situated in different positions, wiggling toes, moving from head to toes to keep circulation but nothing helps! Can anyone offer any advice about how to fight this problem? Thanks in advance 
The same thing happened to me before! It is common for my shoes and how tight they are. Also Taking a break and having between different machines exercise helps.
