What are the advantages and disadvantages of all of the major forms of martial arts such as but not limited to
Tae Kwando, Karate, Kung Fu, Jujitsu, Judo, Aikido, etc. (Pardon my spelling, but I’m no expert when it comes to martial arts. That’s why I’m asking).
In your opinion which one would be best for an athletic 14 year old boy with an extremely booked schedule to learn?
well since ur really busy i would recommend Tae Kwando as it is all abt speed and strength…
Kung Fu is one of the oldest and most diverse form of Martial Arts take it only and only if you are going to be dedicated to it completely it is something not to be taken lightly
but from what uve said i say check Tae Kwando out
