Roller Slide
Out of all the various gadgets and widgets out there that seems to help you lose belly fat and get your abs in great shape, the AB roller wheel is one of the only pieces of equipment use to live up to my standards.
And trust me, I have high standards for my workout equipment.
The first time I used the AB roller wheel, I was so sore the next day will not laugh like I let the Another working-out. It came completely unexpected because although I thought I got a great workout, I do not know I was on for pain?
However, you probably know it is great wound – it means you really have a good working-out. Maybe time was a little "too" wound, but because I learned my lesson.
Anyway, I want to give you 3 reasons why I love the AB roller wheel, so here they are:
- It's Fast – The first time you use this piece of equipment, I highly suggest only doing 1 set because if you make more (and do the This right), you will be incredibly sore. In fact, I've been using it for awhile and I can literally get a full core workout in less than 5 minutes because it is so easy development using the AB roller wheel.
- It's Cheap – Although I am more expensive version (I think my Powerwheel is around $ 40 or so on Amazon) you can get a cheaper version of AB roller wheel for $ 10 – $ 20 and it works as well, you just can not quite a lot of practice with it. But if you only begin out, go to a cheap version.
- It is proven Research – The owner of Powerwheel is involved in a study conducted by the University of California which proved that the AB roller wheel involved providing more muscle than-life any other abdominal exercises in the world. Although they used the Powerwheel and not a regular AB roller wheel, the result is still very similar and just as strong!
If you are tired of making childbirth old crunches and situps and want to try a new exciting decide where to build a stronger core (by the way, it works both your abs and your lower back at the same time, something crunches and situps will not do), I highly recommend trying AB a roller wheel.
If you want to try a very homemade version, simply get on your knees, put your hands on a book and the slide of the book as far as possible so straighten your arms, and then return the same way. That will give you a feel for how The feat AB Roller wheel!
