Lets face vanity is a big part of the human condition, I say big part? What I really mean is that for most people vanity is a big part of their everyday life. Every day before leaving your house, what you spend a half hour, an hour maybe even just getting ready to go out. Cosmetics, clothing, jewelry, and of course your hair. All we have seen the covers of romance novels, you know that me about the talking. The guy standing on the edge of the cliff, or the deck of a ship, his shirt open at the long shiny locks of hair blowing in the wind. Or perhaps this woman wind swept hair on the porch. But if you look in the mirror as approximately 80 million other people, you see thinning or balding patches. Today your going to learn about 5 of the largest hair loss myths going around, and we're going to talk a bit about the very common causes of hair loss in women and men.
The Big 5 Hair Loss Myths —
Lets start off with one of the most common myths, I'm sure almost everybody has heard this one was at one time or another growing up.
Myth # 1 – My Father May Isang Full Head of Hair So I the Din

Sorry ladies, and gents with a taste for this kind of method but one that is true. This type of hair style causes stress and tension in your hair over an extended period, the result of wearing tight buns, cornrows, dreadlocks and ponytails can result in permanent damage and your hair loss or thinning. This is one of the causes of loss the hair on women.
Myth # 4 – suntan Scalps Can Lead To Baldness
This one is very relative, another reason to wear a rigid block the day if you will be out to Sun For extended periods of time. That is the root cause of DHT (Dihydrotestosterone), DHT tends to prevent the protein, vitamins and minerals from providing nourishment needed right hair follicles, the follicles deprived of food and then are likely to grow a slower rate, it shortens naman growing part of the follicle.
DHT is also responsible for the shrinking of hair follicles; the hair follicle will get shorter and finer and eventually falls out. DHT addition also produces a waxy substance that accumulates around The Roots hair, it is the accumulation of waxy substance that causes female and male pattern baldness, the cause of 95% of all hair loss.
